

They won't refund because we already claimed in game. And psn won't refund because it was purchased through Ubisoft. It's [censored] is what it is honestly. Crappiest customer service I've yet to receive. And all Ubisoft does is close the ticket saying nothing more can be done
They just closed my ticket on the same issue, I said it can't be closed as no error resolution, then they informed me going forward they won't notify of any resolution, that we will have to find it in a forum post. But if seems they want to push us under the carpet without and forget about us since they already have our cash. Talk about poor customer service.
