Occasionally when I pull out a bow or torch and aim it, my camera locks up for about a second and I can't move my reticule. It happens almost every time with the torch, sometimes with the bow, but I haven't had it happen when picking up and aiming with objects. This is on a Windows 10 PC, mouse and keyboard controls (mouse is a Logitech G502 Hero), and no aim assist (bug occurred on all level of aim assist).
