Btw. loading old save is not an option as I finished other quests except this one.

Really disappointing, issue reported month ago and still not fixed.
It should be prioritized as we are unable to progress with MAIN story. It's like we paid for unfinished product and it's not alpha or beta version...

Trick with travelling to Norway and back to England doesn't work for me (PC).
Can't you just "force skip" this part of the quest for us? Our saves are kept in cloud so you should be able to do it.

Same here, I just stopped playing 2 months ago. No point if we can't finish the main story.

Did Petra help you to force the door rather than Halfdan, or how else did you open it if not?
Halfdan helped me with the door but he didn't enter the room so I tried fast travel to "reset" him.
Since then he's stuck in one spot, not reacting to anything. I tried to lure some wolfs/deal fire damage to unblock him, unfortunately it didn't help.

Are you able to provide a video showing you forcing the door, and then Halfdan remaining stuck?

I think they tried to fix it as now I'm able to see "Force open" option again, but NPC it's not moving.
