

Could someone please tell me,I've created a case/ticket about technical problems with the game - the settlers 7,I've been on live chat 2 times and in both cases they didn't help me but told me to contact them later or when the issue will be resolved (???) but my issue is not resolved and i don't know why they would end chat with me + i cannot access my case because i keep clicking on it and nothing happens,before you say anything i do have good connection,i have 600 download and 560 upload so my internet is fine,but when I'm trying to click the number of my case,it's simply not opening,the same with closed cases,so yea.I wanted to contact Ubi support again but when i want to start chat or any kind of form of help they ask me to choose the game but it's not about the game - it's about the fact that their website isn't working properly.Please help me make someone from Ubi see it so that he/she can help me resolve the technical issue with the Settlers 7 + the technical problem of their website with accessing open and closed cases BECAUSE I WANT TO CONTINUE TRYING TO LOOK FOR HELP BUT I LITERALLY CAN'T.I have Windows 11 and everything works perfectly fine and I don't understand why I cannot play a game which I've purchased.
