@davidmadeit i was able to find an autosave "exclusive save" when checking the Load save area and i started at firebrand assassination and was able to do the main quests quickly again and it completed this time. i only went for the quests and didnt go for any treasures/wealth pickups. i think if you assassinate the Vault then grab that axe in the arena before confirming it bugs out the quest. good luck

@lenkagamine2333 raven, wolf, or bear, it's just for the stat bonuses from the skills in the skill tree that grant bonuses for those types
