Are you serious? Me and some of my friends are having the exact same issue, and it's clearly on your side. First match is ok but it starts to freeze from the second one. Fps drops to 0 every few seconds. I've been playing this game for 5 years and everything used to be okay until the last 2 seasons (with the same configuration of PC). I understand that you are doing your best to get everyone to stop playing this game, and you're doing quite well since the average online is 30k. The current state of the game is the level of alpha test, not a game from 7 years ago.
Instead of getting into the described issue and trying to solve it, you are replying with such nonsense as a recommendation to read this useless article. I find it outrageous. R6 is a competitive game and such issues being unresolved for days/weeks are the height of negligence or/and incompetence. Please, fix it, if you don't want to see this game dead in 2 years.
Also, please fix Ubisoft Connect excessive CPU usage. This problem has been occurring for more than half a year already and the only mean to solve it is to lower the priority of the corresponding process in Task Manager.
And yes, since I'm just one person of a huge number of people reporting similar issues, don't even try to answer something like "lower your graphic settings" or "update windows". I will say it again: I hope it's clear that the problem is ON YOUR SIDE. So PLEASE fix it, for it's your job.
