All of my damage has decreased now as well. I am no longer able to one-hit assassinate anything and headshows with my hunter bow will not kill grunts either.
At first I assumed it had something to do with my power level going from 400 to 406 and thus breaking something with the mandatory enemy scaling. But acquiring the Shoulder Bash ability seems to be more in-line with the timing of this unfortunate event.

I encountered an issue where I would lose one of my weapons permanently. By default the 'Dual Swap' skill is Shift+T while bringing out a torch is holding 'T'. If I dual wield weapons, pull out a torch and finally dual swap - when trying to throw my torch to burn down a hut the game registered it as my weapon being dropped. The torch would be thrown, the hut would catch fire but after that one of my weapons was gone and nowhere to be found. I noticed it as holding 'Q' now pulled out my hidden blade instead of swinging both weapons. I tested it out some more and noticed that when I simply held 'E' to drop my torch, instead of just throwing it, I would literally see one of my axes drop to the ground. This time I could see my missing weapon but not interact with it.
@watson-ahtohob Kind of sucks that we are still limited to only 20 manual saves, though. I am playing on PC with literal TBs of free space, why is that even a thing lol.
I have finished the game and was collecting some remaining collectibles. I can fast travel to *all* fast-travel points except for this one. The one in Rygjafylke, east of Valka's Hut just says "Fast Travel Unavailable". I am currently standing on top of it and have tried re-syncing it a couple of times, saving and reloading also does nothing.

"Take My Hand", "The Enemy of My Enemy" and "Disorder of the Ancients" are all locked for me too.

I just encountered the same thing with the final Zealot I have to fight. He just does not react to my presense or even me chopping away at him. I'm starting to think this is a more widespread issue with bosses - introduced in today's patch?
At the time of writing this I had finished the parallell quest "Rowdy Raiders" but not progressed with "Adorning the Adorned". Before meditating at the top of the Sleeping Jotun I went back and finished "Adorning the Adorned" before fast travelling back to the top. This time there was an actual fight. Not sure if it was me completing the other quest or simply fast travelling that solved it.
I just did the "Of Blood and Gods" quest and the final boss, Draugr Hemming, does nothing but stand idle. He does not fight and just takes my hits until the so-called fight ends. Incredibly anti-climactic boss fight.
I recorded a video of him just standing around but I can't seem to attach it.

@jkuehnert Just move on. This small side quest is not worth replaying all of that, it's not even listed in your quest log. Besides, they seem to be aware of the issue and the cause so I expect a fix to make its way into a later patch.
After update 1.0.4 the bow and its sheath now clips heavily into Eivor's back when the cloak is hidden. I know that it was positioned properly, i.e. a bit further out from his back, prior to this update as I have been running this setup for a couple of days and admiring how the sheath actually lined up pretty good before.
This happened with every bow and armour that I tried out. Below I have attached an image of the issue after update 1.0.4. Worth noting is that the bow and small hatchet on Eivor's back shake frantically in the inventory menu too, as if they are colliding with something.
Playing on PC and the first chest I looted (in Essex) dropped a fabric after the update.
