

@Ubi-Boost If you aren't going to fix the damn, then give us/me a refund. It can't be right that we should waste our money, on a game that is unplayable. The game just crashed on me. I only got to play for a couple of mins. It took longer to load the game, than i actualy got to play it
It just happened again. And doing a raid. I logged back in, to see if it had saved anything. Nope. So I can't play the game. And the fact that they won't give a refund, shows they are a scamming company.
Their rating on trustpilot should speak loudly about the quality of their games. And they get away with this scamming practice, because there isn't much we can do. Who has the money to bring them to court. And who would waste their money on it, just out of principle
@Ubi-oof Or how about the incompetent developers fix the game. I should have to reinstall, any software on my rig, just because Ubisoft is to lazy and greedy to actualy fix their scam of a game. Plus my computer knowladge is limited. Certain things i'm not going to mess around with. And as a paying costumer, i shouldn't have to. I don't have this issue with any other game. The issue is with your garbage game
I find it kind of impressive, that most of the times i try to log on, it fails in the first try. Then i click retry and it works. The incompetence at Ubisoft is astounding. Oh, and you remember me/email thing doesn't work either. Neither on the forum or the app. Plus how come i have to go to my email every single time i log on to the forum, despite having ticked on "remember this device". Maybe focus on hiring competent people. I'm so impressed that this company is still around. I guess there are enough braindead fanboys out here
So, i haven't played since last weekend. So about 5 days ago. Yet the game acts as if i have already claimed the weekly free item, despite there being about 3 D and 21 hours for the reset. It has been like this since your "fix", of the bug with the weekly item. Every single week since. Last time, it worked the 1 or 2 day's after. But it can't be right that i have to log in multiple days in a row, to be able to get it. Just more incompetence from this joke of a company. And you are such scammers you aren't going to fix anything. You have said clearly, there will be no more patches. Guess what, you will also get no more money from me. And if people have a brain, they won't support you either

@Ubi-Keo Or your developers could actualy fix the game. But Ubisoft is to greedy for that. As said, i have no issue with any other game. That just shows what a joke the game and Ubisoft is. I just had 2 crashes in about 20 minutes. I assume it was because i was also on Discord. But that shouldn't have been an issue, if the developers weren't incompetent. So many other games where it isn't an issue

As i have said before, if you people actualy bothered to read posts, instead of just doing an auto response. I have 1 drive on my pc. I don't have this issue with any other game. So the issue clearly is with this game. I shouldn't have to do all these BS things you say it might be. No. Fixed your game. But you won't, because you are a scummy, greedy scamming company.
No issue when i did the system check. But no point in coming here anyone. You push away the blaime, instead of actualy doing what you should do. If there was a gaming company that deserves to go under, it is Ubisoft
@Ubi-Keo Wauw, if my latest post here breaks the forum rules, you must be some of the most softed skinned people ever. The real world must be hard. I didn't insult the other person, or anything. I asked the person a question, as it seemed like they hadn't bothered to think at all. Plus their comment is an indirect way of calling me stupid. But what can you expect from a company that scams it's costumers
again this garbage game, and now doing a mission, so i have to do it all over again, because you can't always save doing a mission, because the developers have clearly never played a video game before

Seriously, how incompetent are the people behind this game. You have to be a speciel level of stupid to design a game like this. Between the last time it happened and now, i have been able to get 1-2 items. So it's not like i can't get items.
