Strange bug since the patch. I upgraded the Thegns cloak to mythical, and when I went to put them on it had the skin for the berserkers cloak. Then realized all cloaks, no matter what I equip have the berserkers appearance.

The loading screen will show correct visual forthe cloak I have equipped, the stats change according to the correct item equipped, but the visual appearance regardless of what I equip is the berskerkers cloak. Reloaded and old save and its the same thing now.

Didnt notice of this was the case until I upgraded and equipped the thegns cloak but pretty sure thats when the visual glitch started.
