@arkgaminghd07 That's the "Loot Goblin". He appears randomly at any point in the game and when you take his health down to a certain level he will drop his goodies for you.
He was initially introduced a couple of Christmases ago to drop the "Sleigher" snowball gun.
@wolf68k You think you got it bad after just reaching NYC?
I completed NYC and got to SHD score 180 and the same thing happened to me while taking a heroic control point.
To say I was a little annoyed would be an understatement.
I have however restarted my HC character.........
@Zanakeph Don't believe everything you here that healing builds are support builds only, you can create a healing build which will also give you decent skill damage and weapon damage but as you are a new'ish player you may not have all of the pieces.
But, when you do, you can try something like:
The chest you will want to make sure has Kinetic Momentum as this is good for healing and skill damage.
How you setup you build for healing is up to you you can choose the fixer drone or reinforcer chem launcher.
Most players would set the attributes of the build to skill haste/skill damage/repair skills but if your style of gameplay wants you to do more of the shooting then consider adding in crit chance with a combination of repair skills/skill damage. The Capacitor already has 10% crit chance so is really good in this regard.
Finally your mod slots would be Incoming Repairs or Skill Haste.
The lag is because of all of the players that are glitching the amp White Oak mission to spam the respawn crate with oxidizer builds to farm XP and get the apparel keys quickly.
You can blame Ubi for not fixing it but the players exploiting this glitch are also as much to blame so all off-site missions will be unplayable for the foreseeable future.

I think the solution to this is easy.
You should get awarded an exotic component when you capture all control points in a single area. Yes some have 4 control points and some less but when you capture an area and make it friendly that's when you get the exotic component.
If you reset control points and go again you should still get awarded an exotic component regardless of the 24hr reset. I think the time spent doing this and the reward rate may closely match the DZ reward rate.
@hralex1951 Always willing to try something but it doesn't work for me. I have had it running in the system tray for the last 4 days and have had crashes each day, yesterday after maintenance was particularly bad with 4 crashes.
@Zanakeph Happy to help. Just play around with different attributes until you get to a place where you feel happy at the level you are playing at.
Over time you will get to understand the mechanics of the missions and open world more and you will likely change your build as you gain more experience.
@suschunga For you and many it may be unnecessary for gameplay below heroic but the OP has 62 hours of game time so perhaps as he has asked the question he feels it is necessary for him?
