Jotnar cleaver
I went through the portal and defeated Reikr, but beat her using the Golden Flame ability and threw her off the edge. The game never rewarded me with the Jotnar cleaver and it won’t let me load a previous save to redo the fight

Broken Orlog
There’s no option to interact with the orlog player in Quatford. I’ve tried saving and reloading and still nothing.
