@ubikobold well it's April now, a whole three months after purchase and still no gear items from the starter pack. I've lost faith that this will be resolved by Ubisoft and have been refunded by Google Stadia due to Ubisoft's faulty digital product.

Another bug to add to the list. Some people haven't received items from the premium starter pack after making a purchase.

I haven't received items from my starter pack either, over 16 days now

@nielsoonk well I've waited and Ubisoft are being really vague about a solution, I guess that is money wasted

@styleubi how long did it take for them to resolve it? I'm currently having this issue and they are just saying they'll fix it but they don't know when

Purchased the premium starter pack, I received the helix credits but none of the other items (weapons etc). Has anyone else has this issue?

Raised a case with Ubisoft but still waiting for a response.
