@oz10w you can totally 100% refund the game by right as its broken.German/EU customer right should provide you with enough leverage
They also did some kind of explanation, which is hard to accept, but as I am also working on games (albeit much smaller ones) it IS understandable- the reason for thi sbug happening is not yet known. It isnt that every player has the issue, its just some, and so there have to be certain circumstances leading to thi sissue. these circumsatances are now being checked by the devs, but since nobody yet was able to provide a video link from the first time acepting the mission to the issue, its hard to find.
Just some possible reasons might be:
someone far travelled to buckingham, saved in a wrong spot, went in loud or silent (that ones easy to check) accidently hit one of the 2 NPCs whou should help, was too big a distance away from them, used the wrong weapon, etc etc.
They are probably hard working on finding that issue while also fixing MANY other bugge d quests (as you saw in the notes). Obviously and sadly, it seems they had more luck with other quests.

However you can accept a bards quest in another region to get the door open and story progressing - that depends on wether you wish to continue or refund (I am no Ubi Staff though)

@guest-l210jxyg scroll a bit further op and you will find a dirty fix- someone postet an ign video with a quest you can use to help you open the dorr- if you still have that quest available. @mjschlosseryou could also try that out.

@corbae however, if you still do have the bards quest whioch someone mentioned here, you should still be able to progress this quest.

It seems they are still working on finding the issue here, but at least many others were fixed... Still, of course this game should be 100% refundable if you have this bug and dcant continue

Also its great to see the file was sent over. I did mainly describe the issue and that I sent it as the wrong type of ticket so it will find the devs. I will then close that suppport ticket now

(there should be a pic here showing an EMPTY quest in the done quest logs, and the current quest of buckingham in the other one)
@Ubi-Baron I srtrongly assume this might be the issue here- the quest might be completed, but also not, at the same time. As described, the questmarkers are gone. I will also upload the savegame, hope this helps

I would also mention that there is no quest marker at all anymore in my case, with the quest selected and the raven doesnt spot anything either. I can currently still play other missions first, but I hope the issue will be adressed as soon as possible
