Hello, Ubisoft and the Division developers,

I am well known for being upfront and honest and I say what is on my mind regardless of what others feel or think of my reply. I am honest and to the point, as a Programmer of many code languages including Game Code I know full well the stress and the pressure Devs are under when it comes to patching a game or creating events for players to play. I do however object to having to pay for Apparel keys because they are either not being rewarded or they are not being dropped.

I get a message on the screen that Apparel Key has been awarded and I go to check and guess what? There isn't a key. What is the point of an Apparel event if the keys are not being rewarded or being dropped by bosses... I am just saying, I know that my comment will annoy those who do not appreciate me being negative about this game but I am not keeping my mouth shut and not saying anything because I have offended or hurt somebodies feelings.

I have a right to be annoyed, I have a right to be angry the whole point of this apparel event is for us to get gear and we can not even do this because the keys are not being awarded or being dropped. So what is the point of the apparel if it is broken? Look nobody understands more than me how difficult it is to create and patch a game it is frustrating and hardware and I appreciate and understand the team is limited and it is only a small team of dedicated developers but if this Apparel Event was broken it should never have been put on, in my opinion, it should have bee delayed. as the keys stopped being awarded after about 5 key for me and I had to spend £8.00 get to buy the Apparel keys which is utterly unfair and it does make one feel as though did Ubisoft do this on purpose? You have to look at this from our side of the table here I am annoyed that I have been forced to buy apparel keys that should have been awarded within the game and they are not. Very disappointing that Ubisoft was not happy at all that I had to buy keys. It has been the worst apparel event that you have created.

I am no stranger to The Division game putting over 3000 hours into Division 1 and nearly 800 hours of Division 2. But I have run into an issue that just doesn’t make any sense and I need a second pair of eyes because I am completely lost. I don’t have any recordings I am sorry because consoles are crap when it comes to recording. With the PC this is easy on a console this is a hit and miss.

I have both The Division 2 on the XBOX and the PlayStation 5, I lost my mother in 2019 which was such a shock, my later mother new how I loved my gaming and I stopped gaming for a while when I came back into gaming I threw myself into other games GR Breakpoint and AC Valhalla and I stopped playing Division 2 until I decided to return to Division 2 in December on the XBOX and decided to play again on the PlayStation 5 last week and this is where it gets all weird.
On the XBX I have the Rigger blueprint and it was present with my blueprints (I know the Rigger gearset set was part Season 3) which I missed due to a bereavement however, I still got the blueprint for the Rigger gear set by completing a Control Point on Challenging Level 3. But this is where it gets a bit weird when it comes to the PlayStation. The Rigger gear set is missing from the blueprints, it isn’t present, like it was on the XBOX with a padlock, this is where it gets odd, as of yesterday the gear set list said 3/12 and there is only 9…? and now it says 3/10 and there is still 9…? It doesn’t make any sense. I checked where the Rigger gear set was on the map, and it was in Civic Center.

There is only 2 control points in this area the first Control Point was Level 3 Challenging and the next was level 4 Heroic I completed both Control Points with where Rigger gear set is I checked my Bench and still no blueprint for the Rigger. On the XBOX I got my Rigger blueprint by completing a Control Point in Washington D.C with the map on challenging and but I think I done 3 Control Points I cannot remember. The point here is there is no Rigger gear set in the blueprints when it should be there. Any idea what is going on here would be most appreciated. I have deleted Saved Data, uninstalled and then reinstalled the game just in case nope still the same.

This only seams to be happening on the XBX version of AC Valhalla, I keep getting Bonus Map and gear that I already have and it keeps happening all the time and it is becoming a little frustrating because it is happening constantly now. each time I load the game it comes up, when I go to Reda and take a contract or buy from his shop it comes up. when I got to the Blacksmith it comes up. not sure why this is happening I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it is still happening. Any idea to what is happening would be appreciated. is there a problem with my XBX Ubisoft profile as I have 2 profiles one for PS and one for XBX. Watch the video and you will see what is happening. on the PS this doesn't happen only on my XBX Ubisoft account.

@ubi-orion I found 99.9% of the fish after spending about about an hour and a half to 2 hours going through coast to coast in Norway but finding Big Mackerel is and Big Flatfish in England is all I need.

Only do this if you cannot see the Godly reward, uninstall and reinstall AC Valhalla this will force through the Godly Reward. I restarted the game and my console and each time all I could see was Become a better Viking! GamePlan has got you covered.

Godly Reward is not showing up not matter how many times that you restart AC Valhalla or your console. However, I have found a workaround to force the Godly Reward to show up but it does require uninstalling the game and then reinstalling the game again, which I know sounds a bit drastic but it does work... this isn't the first time that I have experienced problems with free content and this looks to be an issue server side or client side with regards to your account.

By uninstalling the game which I know is an absolute pain in the backside, but you will not lose anything so do not worry... on either platform PlayStation or XBX uninstall the game and then reinstall it again, unfortunately this does mean you will have to download the update which depending on the platform the size of the update is about 72.72GB for the XBX depending on your connection speed how long it will take to download the update again.

When I loaded the game after reinstalling the Godly Reward was present for me.

I do not normally complain on Ubisoft forums but the fishing in this game is becoming so bl***y frustrating I want to scream at Ubisoft. 4 months on and fishing is still so frustratingly bugged to hell. I have had fish fall through the map when fishing with a bow and arrow, trying to catch large fish in this game is impossible because they do not exist, and you would have better luck finding hens teeth because they don't exist, and I have 3 challenges left in the Fish Hut I want to finish, and it is so frustrating that we cannot do them because it is so bugged.
 
 
I know the locations for the below fish and finding them you would have more of a chance finding the Loch Ness Monster. all you find in Norway is small Hake and small Mackerel, you will not find any large fish at all and all I find in Norway is Red Fish. Fishing has been bugged in this game from launch and I just cannot see this being fixed at all to be honest.

@hefeydd_ Okay this is not just happening to me as I've spoken to others on Reddit with the same issue not being able Reda and not being able to do the contracts or see the shop. And yet there are no reports of issues on your website and this has the hallmarks of server side issues. Your support page is not showing any issues related to Connect or Ubisoft severs. So what's going on I know this isn't an isolated issue because I've spoke to people today with the same issues and me with different Ubisoft games which again points to server side.

@hefeydd_ Okay I think there is an issue with my account(s) because ever since update 1.1.2 when the weekly resets happen I cannot access Ubisoft Connect, the page is blank on both my Ubisoft accounts for the XBX and the PS5. My games are blank and I cannot access the challenges on either consoles. It's working now after I restarted the game several times I could not access the weekly reset but now I can and the challenges are working. So what is going on with my Ubisoft accounts. This is happening every week now. I need to submit tickets to Ubi support.

Either I am an incompetent moron, don't answer that one.... or I am doing this challenge completely wrong. I've had dreadful issues with Ubisoft Connect. It was updates this morning and when I logged in the page was blank and it didn't show any of my games. I only know of one weapon called a Seax and that is Yngling Seax and I am doing thr challenge but it isn't registering at all. Or I have thr wrong weapon I've gone through all my weapons and I can only find one called Seax. This only seams to happen when I cannot interact with Reda which happens a lot. Unable to communicate with Ubisoft Servers. Error 0x70000041.

@ubi-borealis No it crashed on the first River Exe and then when I collected the 2nd clue on the River Severn it crashed just as I was returning from the Raid back to the Clan. Even though I had collected the 2nd clue of the map it would not progress to the River Dee because there was no interaction with Vagn. Because there was no cut scene where you interact with Vagn he does not tell you about the River Dee and the other map clue. Like I said, it broke the River Raid, regardless whether this was Sony or Ubisoft fault, if this happens you have to start the River Raid all over again thankfully I have already completed this so I already know where the Map Clues are and the chest containing the St George Gear and weapons. The point I am making is if the game for reasons of the console, the game and you DO NOT interact with Vagn it breaks the River Raid and you have no option but to start all over again. Thankfully I have done Clue 1 and 2 today didn't take long and doing the 3rd one now very shortly.

My suggestion if you are thinking of adding further River Raids in the future then may I suggest that you add a Quest that says... Speak to Vagn about further map clues and locations. by you selecting this Quest this will trigger you to speak to Vagn and he will then tell you about further map clues and locations. Just a suggestion, and it would resolve the problem.

@hidden1ne The PlayStation 5 is fine I finally got around to playing on the PS5 as I have been busy and it is working fine no issues with PhotoMode from what I can see so this looks like it's only on the XBX.

@hefeydd_ I just want to emphasis that I had completed both rivers and got both the clues. But because it crashed on the 2nd clue before I got back to the Clan. I could not progress any further. So I one way this completely broke River Raids. The only way you can resolve this is to completely restart the River Raid from the very beginning.

Therefore, the game knows that you have both clues because but the main character of River Raids does not communicate with you. So another way around this would be to add code to the main River Raid character once you have collected both maps if you cannot communicate for any reason it will automatically progress you to the 3rd River Raid which is the River Dee. Because I had to completely redo 2 days of Raid Missions which I still don't know if it was caused by Rest Mode which we know is corrupt on the PS5 I mean it isn't no secret that it does cause games to crash. But nevertheless if this happens in before you get back to your settlement it breaks the River Raids regardless of who is responsible. I mean to be honest this is something that should have been added to River Raids as a precaution just in case the game crashed. As long as you has the first to map clues it should have had an alternative root to still be able to proceed.

If this has already been reported please ignore. Apologise in advance. Not sure if this has happened to anybody else on the PS5 it hadn't happened to me on the XBX and I've completed the River Raids.

I started on River Raids on the PS5 after completing them all on the XBX. When I got the second clue I collected the clue and the game crashed, now I don't know if this was Sony's or Ubisoft fault because it generated am error code when it crashed. But I know from already completing the River Raids that when you get the 2nd clue you are to go back to Raventhorpe and he will give you a new location. Because I crashed before I could return to Raventhorpe I cannot speak to him and this is where its broken the game. Without you speaking to the guy in charge of the Raid Missions he won't give you a new location which is the River Dee. I had no option but to undo 2 days of Raid Mission and start all over again. To which is was annoyed because it crashed a second time and I though that's it I'm done this is just ridiculous it's crashed twice today and it broke River Raids. The problem is this happens you have no option but to start all over again. Why you didn't add an option into the menu Restart River Raids... with a message that reads.

"Warming all saved Raids will be lost do you want to continue."

Unfortunately I have no recording sorry because it crashed and I tried but it didn't record what happened. The only way around this was to reload from when you first started River Raids which is what I've just had to do. Am I bitter a little, but it's only only game and I am still alive that is more important to be honest.

I just want to check Ubisoft if this is a known bug or is this normal. I left a River Raid because my hull was full and I couldn't hold anymore. So, I ended the River Raid by returning back to Raventhorpe and when I returned back to the River Raid again to continue my Health had reduced from 6 when I left down to 1. If this normal that isn't fair because if your Ai crew goes down you are using your health to revive them and you haven't got enough to heal yourself let alone another member of your crew. If this is how it is when you start a River Raid and you only have 1 life then that is an unfair disadvantage.

I accidentally stumbled across a potential Game Breaking Bug in River Raids on the second run where we raided a larger area I attacked the Ai as they were coming down the ladder and of course naturally all the rest of the crew decided to join in and they pushed me to one side which you can see in the video. But what also happened was when I climbed the ladder I could not move up nor could I move down and I was stuck in the map. But eventually after a bit of persevering I managed to get free. I thought I would have to close the game lose everything that I chad collected and start again. But I managed to set myself free how I don't now because I was stuck between the floor and the wall.

@ubi-borealis I will check my PS5 later on it might be only and issue with Next Gen but I find that unlikely. But I will check my PS5 later on to see if this is the case on the PS5 as well. it isn't a big issue just thought that I would mention this.

Looks like update 1.1.2 has broken PhotoMode... I haven't had chance to see the update since it dropped yesterday and I noticed on the XBX the menu but pressing the left analogue stick disappears and you cannot edit the screenshot. I have the PS5 as well I need to check if this is the same on this console as well. I apologies if this has been reported beforehand but I only noticed this today I will restart the game and check to see if it is the same and if so I will restart the console as well just in case.

So there was no change in PhotoMode before or after Restarting the game, it was exactly the same for restarting the console made no difference it looks as though PhotoMode Switch to Edit is broken, just don't press the left analogue stick twice if you want to edit your screenshot otherwise you're stuffed.

Not sure if you are aware of this but I decided to do all the treasure maps and I noticed on 2 locations now I have picked up t he treasure no problem with that. it is that the map is supposed to close to show that you have completed the map and both Oxenefordscire Hored Map and now Eurvicscire Hored Map are still showing up in the Treasure Hored Maps at the bottom of the inventory. if it happens to any other locations I will update the post.

Another thing I might add is every time that you look at the map and then go back to your character the screen is dripping with water as though you have just come out of the water and this wasn't here before TU_1.1.1
