@mrharwoodinho I was hoping reinstalling on epic would be the way around this uplay issue but no looks like I'm doomed thanks ubisoft

@eivorlodbrok You're not alone, reinstalling on epic but i think it will be useless

@eivorlodbrok Thanks for telling me this because I have been attempting to do that and yet somehow that doesn't even get started. I feel so stupid for thinking a reinstall is going to make much difference. I've always used steam for these games and I prefer it the ubisoft connect client feels inconsistent and its clapped. It is telling me the game hasn't been released when I saw my own mate in the same country play it at 2am this morning

Hey, already sent a support ticket but I am putting this here anyway so it gets attention.

Made a foolish mistakes of starting a reinstall but now I know this is clearly a problem with either my account or more likely the ubisoft connect client.

Its a shame that one of my favorite franchises can have such a ridiculous error on release.

@eivorlodbrok They're talking about content issues but I don't even know if that's including the people who can't get the game to open. It is just sad
