For me, it happens every time my game crashes or disconnects, the problem is, instead of giving me the option to reconnect, it goes straight to this error, not even a penalty with a clear time limit on it. it's happened 4 times now, and each time took about 2 or 3 days for me to be able to play again. I've lost a lot of mmr for this, it's very upsetting.

I have the same issue here, the game crashed during my previous game, (not my game crashed, the server crashed and all the 10 players automatically disconnected from the match), and then when I try to play another one this appears. don't think it's a penalty since there's no time limit on it and it doesn't make any sense. it's been more than 10 hours. like [censored].
