I must say it's astonishing how unprofessional Ubisoft is. Next to none communication with the community. Updates that fix nothing. And we even can't contact support?! Yesterday it was suggesting contact via chat that that didn't work and now the site is crashed.

So maybe you should create a thread about getting our money back? We've paid for full game, not some short demo.

This is the last Ubisoft game I've ever purchased. It's not because of the failing game, [censored] happens, bugs can occur in best games (but you should definitely fire all testing team). It's because how you're treating people, that paid for the game.

Ok, so I've found the reason of my problems.
DO NOT try to talk with Ubba before making the save and follow the guide provided. It will crash the fix. Do all the things before you ever try to talk with Ubba. Talk with him ONLY if you have the quest mark over his head. The boat still appears in the middle of the road, but the story progress

I have the same issue. I could talk to Ubba, but the quest marker over him didn't appeared. I was stuck in the same conversation loop. Then I've created save, traveled to Norway, get out from animus, restarted console.... and now the quest mark appeared. As well as the boat in the middle of the road and... I can't talk to Ubba again. Just like before the update.

Seriously? After over a month?
