AC Valhalla looks very unfinished!
Yeah, it's really buggy. I and many others can't progress with the story because of a bug on PS4 that Ubisoft have known about for 4 days.

I'm playing on PS4, did side quests, and have the same issue. Please say this will be fixed and all this time playing hasn't been for nothing!

[RESOLVED] Cannot proceed with quest 'A Seer's Solace' | POST HERE
I have had the same issue, after playing some side quests. The seers solace quest won't add to quests, there's no map marker and the seer won't talk with me. Playing on PS4 running version 1.0.2. Please say this will be fixed soon and I don't have to restart all over again. How frustrating.
