Im running the game on Xbox One and it seemes that im having issues with the NPCs on Ravensthorpe port.
Im unable to access barracks and shipyard.

Contract: Reda's Judgement
Reda gave me a mission to kill a target.
The issue is that the target is set as "friendly" and im unable to kill it. I have restarted the game but the target is still unkillable.
