Farcry 6 wont start if you remove Speech API from your Windows installation

I've read 39 pages in this thread and none of the solutions worked for me
Furthermore I've tried asking Ubisoft Support for help but they didn't want to help me unless I reinstall with Windows 10 (I'm on Windows 11, check the links below for my specifications)

I've listed out everything that I've tried here and here:

Has anyone managed to run this on a M.2 drive, Ryzen 9 CPU and a 30-series NVIDIA GPU?

Overview
Just got the game on Ubisoft Connect and I'm unable to start it on fresh installation of Windows 11
I get the Far Cary 6 launcher screen which says "Warming up PSU cache..." and when that's finished the launcher gets minimalized to the taskbar and a few seconds later it crashes (meaning I never see the actual game)


I've tried:

• Verify game files
• Update NVIDIA GPU drivers to 496.49 (I used DDU first)
• I've acquired all updates for Windows 11 from Windows Update
• Disabled all OC
• Disabled ReSizable bar
• Disabled Ubisoft Connect ingame overlay
• Disabled fullscreen optimizations
• Launching the game from Ubisoft Connect and via the desktop shortcut
• Launching FaryCry6.exe directly from installation folder as a administrator
• Disabled Windows Defender's Real-time protection, Cloud-delivered protection as well as VBS

I don't have RivaTuner installed nor Discord.

Specifications:

• OS: Windows 11
• GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080-Ti
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X

Any ideas what I could try to resolve this issue?
