I'm playing on PC with an Xbox Series X controller (No, I didn't get the new system, just the controller. I wasn't that lucky.) I don't know if this is implemented for the consoles and not PC. Maybe because of the assumption that all PC players will be using a wired keyboard. Either way, it would be super awesome if the game would pause whenever the controller disconnects. This seems like a super basic thing.
Background music persists after scenes. For example, after fortress assaults, the suspenseful background music persists after completion into exploration and into other scenes that the music is inappropriate for (e.g. a character's funeral). The issue fixes itself after restarting the game, but occurs again after another assault.
