@Ubi-Borealis - great news. I reloaded my save and did the following. Went around from South to north so as not to trigger either man and did cairn mission. Then I went and read both letters. Then got lame man and placed him then went to blind man on foot. I responded "only trying to help" I then lead him on foot up and it triggered dialogue and completed quest.

@Ubi-Borealis - I replied to blind man (did not do cairn mission yet) "I'm no idiot" and he followed me. Got must be anonymous message. I left on horse to synchronize point south then came back on horse no change. I then fast travelled north to hit other quests in same scire and got to North most quest with the sheep and brooch quest and cannot complete that either with same must be anonymous message.

I know the team os doing best it can but can they tell us what they have ruled out as part of the issue so that we can help them better with root cause? Maybe if we know what has and has not been confirmed yet it will help us help you.

I attempted this after completing story in sciropescire but before reporting to Randvi. Not sure if that has any bearing.

Keep asking us questions we all want to help. We get frustrated when there is only canned answers from ubi team.

I posted originally under the Knud not moving thread. I do not have the ability to record what is happening in video. I can describe to you but to give full detail will be long so bear with me.

I obtained quest and followed Knud to the farmhouse. I saw the boar and killed it taking the key. I went in the farmhouse and opened the cage and it was empty. Nothing further would progress the quest.

I left and did some other quests and came back. I have done this several times with the same result. Two of the kids are in front of the house and one (in a blue-ish frock) at the well. The door is already unlocked. I can kill the boar again as well as get all the dialogue for going in the small attached shed and while killing the boar where Eivor talks to himself. I can go downstairs and now the wolf is there and I can open the cage. The wolf will sluggishly leave the house and lays down a few times along the way before finally positing itself by some rocks out front. Nothing else happens.

I did come to this house while exploring before thw quest unlocked but with no way in I had nothing to interact with.

I hope this helps. Please help though because I am enjoying the game and would love to see what this wolf adds to the experience.

I have a new issue with this quest. Knud cutscene happened then I got key and went in house and wolf was not in cage. I left went on and completed some other things in ledececesterscire and then came back and now I can free wolf and nothing happens the wolf leaves then lays down near some rocks. Nothing happens. I left came back and same results again. The quest will not move on. Please help.
