Hello I have an issue where I am not even able to get past the first splash screen without it crashing it leaves me with no error message and the splash screen is on screen for 5 seconds then crashes I have the latest version of windows ten I have a very good pc everything above recommendations a gtx 3070 and a ryzen 7 3700x I have tried everything and when I say everything I mean everything multipool YouTube videos all the suggested things to do on the main Ubisoft support recommendations I have installed it to my d drive uninstalled and installed again on my c drive nothing works and I'm really upset because I was looking forward to playing it I have been trying to get in contact with Ubisoft support and every time the chat is unavailable and I can't even post a case as it just doesn't let me I have applied for a refund and they have not gotten back to me after 5 days I really just want it to work can anybody help me! many thanks
