You really don't get it do you.
Maybe you think we can't read here or something, but I have news, we can!
How often are you going to tell us that the development team have been notified and there will be a solution for this issue in a future update and that you don't have a confirmed ETA for this solution?
The point is..... the problem is known for more than a month now!!!
People (me) get impatient when they buy something that doesn't work.
All they want to hear then is; it is being worked on day and night and within xx days we will come up with a solution.
And if it's not a priority for Ubisoft, say so and make sure those affected by the problem are compensated

I have the same problem (after 77 hours of playing)
Ubisoft asks to be patient, but I think "we" have had enough patience after a month.
Is there a way to get your money back quickly?
(no of course not, that is never an option)
I have (I believe) 7 Ubisoft games, but this was probably the last.
(not that they care, I get that too)
