@ubi-thrupney So, i was right. Ubisoft don't even admit that they screwed up latest patch. Game just don't start at all when i hit play button. It just closes after splash screen. It's obvious that game is broken atm.

@txtundra Try to copy the files from bin_plus to bin folder. It works without changing the keyboard layout to us.
