Have tried dealing with Ubisoft tech support and that is like talking to a brick wall. Issue is if I launch game and go to the animus store and make any purchases before continuing the game, the game crashes my system. Ultimately, in addition to uninstalling this game and reinstalling as well as disconnecting my external hard drive from my PS4, the only way I can get the game to work and not crash my system is to make whatever purchase I want from the animus store, exit the game and restart. Was hoping any players may have an idea what the problem might be because the IDIOTS at Ubisoft sure don’t.

@cr1s_cros good luck. I have spent two months with those idiots in tech support and all they do is make excuses instead of trying to actually help.
