Same problem.. I bought the game on their twitter post base just to discover later that it was required th FL 12_0. Feel kinda like cheated..

I don't think they're gonna refund anyone. Technically speaking, Ubisoft was clear about the directX 12 fl12_0 requirements (in reality not really but that's another matter), so legally, they're safe
