Same here. All my recruits are gone and online game is starting from scratch. I still have my influence and season rank though. But my team is gone, only prestige agents are left.

This comes off the back of not being able to gain ETO from anything I do. I haven't attempted to play the game to see if that's fixed because I really don't want to play the game in this state.

I am so annoyed, because I thought you'd fixed one bug, only to find you've replaced it with another.

Same problem. I'm on PS4. No ETO gained from anything I do. I have 64 ETO total and can't get any from any activity that would normally give ETO.

@ubi-mark I've now fixed the problem.
Firstly I logged a support case and went through a few things with Ubi-Hallr but to no avail.
I tried deleting and then re-installing the game as suggested but this made no difference.
I then had one last idea and that was to have a look at which ports I had opened. Due to having had connection issues for a while on and off I had scoured the internet for which ports to open (not just those mentioned on Ubisoft). I then removed these additional open ports from WDL and PSN and kept to just the ones recommended by Ubisoft and Sony respectively.
Thankfully this worked!

I can't access online multiplayer in Watch Dogs Legion. This has been ongoing for about 5-6 days. I can connect fine to PSN and play other online games, browse the internet, PS store and send messages and party chat. I have previously opened all ports listed in the help for connectivity issues and due to this problem have even put the PS4 in the DMZ. This seemed to work for a day but now I'm back to how it was before. I connect to the internet via a LAN cable. I've tried changing my DNS, rebooting everything multiple times. 

This is the only online game I play that won't connect and now I can't play multiplayer at all. I also can't connect to Ubisoft Connect in game either.

I understand from PlayStation support that this is a "Failed to connect to PlayStation Network" error. But everything else works and I end up playing another online game with party chat and every other game works fine.
