I've been playing the game with a few HUD tweaks since release.
Enemy outlines, reticle, detection meter, health indicators, explosive warning, supremo and healing indicators, radar, blinking interactive objects, enemy tag icons and the health bars of enemies are all disabled.
I wanted a more realistic/hardcore approach on the game with a minimalized HUD, so I can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yara without a cluttered HUD and a "run and gun" gameplay. It works decently but there are definitely some wishes I have for the game.
GENERAL GAMEPLAY:
A much darker night like the Darkest Nights option in GR: Breakpoint, coming with flashlight you can toggle it either with a dedicated hotkey or via the weapon wheel.
When calling for your vehicle, make it spawn from somewhere more far away, it is immersion breaking when a car suddenly spawns in your area.
SOUND:
Please let us disable the ping sound from tagging enemies, vehicles, traps and animals, also let us disable hitmarker sounds from hitting enemies.
OPEN WORLD:
Once you have explored a place, there is no reason to visit the same place anymore, general open world activities are nearly non-existent. It would be a nice addition if the soldiers of the regime try to retake captured locations. Soldiers chasing prisoners who have hijacked a military vehicle to escape would also add a lot to the immersion.
ENEMY AI:
The soldiers are dumb. They cannot hear well, are short sighted and have wobbly arms. Please let us tweak various settings to make soldiers actually lethal.
Increasing the distance they can see at day time so they can spot guerillas easier, making them more susceptible to sounds from a greater range, so they can finally hear silenced guns and make thrown weapons actually usable instead of just being "cool".
Have the soldiers of Yara actually trained? Because they react too slowly in a firefight and their aim is too poor. Please let them attend the shooting range so they can follow their orders more efficiently.
Not exactly AI but let us please increase the amount of soldiers. Bigger patrols, personnel trucks have infantry in their back and more backup.
NEW ENEMY TYPES:
There are now mercenaries and headhunters on the island. They have an extensive amount of equipment available for you(to kill you and for you to collect). Depending on how many soldiers you have killed without dying, they will come for you without a warning. Meaning there will be no notification if they are in the area, how many there are and how lethal they can be.
Mercenaries will act on kills of normal soldiers, while headhunters will hunt you based on how many elite soldiers and captains/commanders you have killed.
And why didn't I mention the skill/cloth system? Because it doesn't matter.
If you read it till here, what are your thoughts about it? Do you have something to add? Let us know!
edit:
Please let us unequip equipment, just like in AC: Valhalla
@kratkist Yea, figured we have to put in some suggestions instead of only complaining what we don't like

@ubi-nacho
Thank you for the reply. Ofcourse I can provide some footage. All settings are set on max, resolution on 5120x1440, HD texture pack is not installed, FOV on 105 and FSR Mode set on Ultra Quality.

@ick33yg91 First of all: weapon tiers existed in Far Cry 3 already. The clothing perks also replaced the general skill tree. This results in a more specialized playstyle instead being an omnipotent guerilla.
Apart of the general exploration, a lot of the HUD elements and key features are NOT supporting ultra wide monitors. They get pixeled and stretched out, especially worth mentioning is the camera, it's like 21:9 stretched out to fit 32:9
The AI is stupid. Literally. Civilists driving over horses, humping against patrolling soldiers (like [censored]) I doubt fanatic soldiers in a dictatorship regime won't shoot back at them.
FOV: Even at the highest setting you do not get to see a lot your own body when looking down and barely see your arms when sprinting.
On a long road I've seen spawning NPC's spawning out of nowhere, even on max settings.
Immersion breaking is also the disappearance of the dropped weapons by fallen soldiers. I get it that you shouldn't be able to pick up weapons from the ground by whatever reason, just make them unequipable.
Now to biggest issue in my opinion. !!! THE SOUND DESIGN !!! Why can I not turn off hit marker sounds, enemy marking sounds etc. They are just god damn awful, are immersion breaking and way too excessive by all means.
@pastafresser It's even more ridiculous on a 32:9 monitor
Title says all. I wanted to play an immersive walkthrough but with this awful hit marker sound it is unplayable
