(Management always says it’s better to complain, so they know what to fix)
I bought that [censored] steel book version ($120). What a mistake. Literally get NOTHING but a hard case that is worthless, a season pass that will end up being worthless and a bunch of trash skins, you guessed it, worthless.
This is the last time I do this. The disrespect game developers are treating their player base with, is shocking. Almost literally, the first quest doesn’t work. No quests will track while this bug is in effect. It’s not about restarting the game, that’s easy. It’s the fact you’re asking us to. This is nonsense. My debit card cleared the charge for the game. You won’t let me play, without buying it, why the [censored] can’t you hold up your end for f the transaction? Will you refund my money? Of course not. You “spray and pray”, hoping no game breaking bugs will happen??? Liars. This was a bug during prerelease, you let it out anyway. Shame on you. Looks like it’s going in the trash, just like avengers.
Ubisoft, I know you don’t want the bad press from a Tweet regarding this bug, but you really want thousands of players to keep running into this?

Has Ubisoft replied to even one question on this thread? Talk about radio silence! [censored] you guys, man. Legit questions about pre-order bonuses, helix credits and the like. ANSWER YOUR GOD DAMN FANS! The bug is one thing, ignoring the people that buy your products (which keeps you employed) is something else entirely.
So, tell us, is it delete and restart? Wait for a real patch? Or move on to something else?
Are we going to lose content if we delete and restart? If so, how will you ensure we get it back? When can we expect a solution? Are you even working on it? I would know the answers, if you guys would share them. This community deserves it. We came out and paid for this game. Your most loyal fans, the day 1 guys (and gals). Communication isn't much to ask for.
