Having more medallions seems to be one of the issues causing this in the first place. The medallions are somehow duplicating and allowing you to turn in what would be the Father's 15th medallion before you even get the mission for his identity and location.

Ubi needs to patch in a check of people's saves that looks to see if they have turned in all medallions to Hytham, have Thor's cape, but somehow have not revealed and "eliminated" the Father. If these conditions are found, reset the "Poor Fellow Soldier" mission and what triggers it.

Should we have the "Poor Soldier" letter in our inventory? Because I do not and cannot start the "Poor Soldier" quest.

I have everything done, the story fully completed, all the zealots/order members killed, but stuck on 5 of 6 clues for the father. I even have Thor's cape.

Maybe Ubi making the Poor Soldier letter readable/obtainable inside the assassin hut, even after talking with Hytham, could retrigger the mission?

@shax117 Then you didn't have the issue that everyone is talking about in here. You just hadn't yet finished the quest line.

Myself, and most everyone in this thread, have completely finished the game and are still locked out of the final Order mission and revealing the father.
If you had actually read through this you'd know that people have completed the main story, finished the Hamtunscire arc (and everything else), and yet we still can't get the Poor Fellow Soldier mission from Hytham.

I don't know why they just can't make the last missing clue of the Poor Fellow Soldiers of Christ letter respawn somehow to re-trigger the mission and reveal the Father.

Either spawn a copy in you can read again in the Hytham's hut or have it respawn in Eivor's mailbox in an update. Seems like either would re-trigger the clue as being found, reveal the Father's identity, and allow you to access the mission.
