Can't locate "The Oil" (Yohanes Loukas)
Oh, never mind - sorted this out somehow. Not sure why I couldn't see him before

Can't locate "The Oil" (Yohanes Loukas)
I'm definitely having problems locating "The Oil" (Yohanes Loukas). That is I've got all the clues, I have the marker on my map, etc. But he's just nowhere to find. And certainly not where other people located him.
Does anyone have some clue and/or encountered this problem?
