Thanks for looking into this issue. Here you go, I've uploaded a video of the issue on youtube:
Hi,
Is it just me or does yesterday's new Ubisoft connect challenge not track any completed quests? If I understand correctly, it requires you to finish 5 daily quests given by Reda but the counter is stuck at 0 despite me doing both daily quests today and yesterday, so it should be at 4/5. Has anyone been able to progress this challenge or is it indeed bugged?
After the Einherjar bow that couldn't be collected by anyone despite the challenge beeing completed and the missing Adrestia shields from the recent challenge I'm afraid this could be the third flawed community challenge in a row
@ubi-smash
Alright, I'll try to reproduce it tomorrow once there are new daily quests available.
@kormac67
Yes, I got the usual 5 Opal for each of the 4 quests. I wasn't affected by the current bug that Reda's quests get auto-completed so far. Still, it didn't count towards the progression.
So I did all 14 daily contacts and the weekly one on tuesday that were available during the challenge and only 4 of them counted towards the challenge's completion. Now it is stuck at 4/5 and the challenge ends tomorrow
@ubi-smash
I just finished the daily quests and recorded the whole process. This time both quests counted towards the challenge's progression even without saving. I don't know what I did differently this time.
The second quest auto-completed once I've reached the mission area since the objective was to destroy all explosive carts and they were already blown up for some reason. I did get the 5 Opal for each of the two quests though and my challenge progression went from 1/5 ot 3/5.
What's also strange ist that I got an error message [0x20101906] when I tried to save my game manually as you can see at the end of the video.
Hope this helps.

I have, and it is also stuck at 0 there. All the other weekly challenges like 'kill 50 enemies with axes' are counting correctly and were rewarding 5 Opal each when completed and claimed as usual.
I also tried completing one of the daily quests in Ireland but it didn't contribute to the challenge as well (but it did give 5 Opal).

Sure, here you go:
I've completed the Severn river a while ago and I've also found both river clues for St.Georgs armor. They are both marked as 1/1 collected, even after the current patch, BUT if I re-enter Severn river and leave, the counter gets reset to 0/1.
The clue stays in the inventory and doesn't respawn at the Severn monastery where it was orignally found.
So one of the recent patches must have caused something to reset it so the clue doesn't count as collected any more. This probably has something to do with other people not beeing able to collect some of the armor pieces if it is not 'just' a visual bug.
I already have the full armor set, so @twweber or others can tell if it affects armor pieces not spawning.
@twweber
For me it is the other way around. I also found both river clues but it shows 0/1 clues found on Severn river.
This was not the case before the latest update. When I completed it before the patch both were marked as 1/1 river clues found.
