Same issue here. Had a fully upgraded quiver, now the last upgrade is blanked and I can only have 12 predator arrows. Getting more cloth is out of the question since I have completed the whole map and there isn't any to find anymore. Annoying.
Also an issue with multiple of the new achievements. Says the "order" achievement is not completed while I killed all order members. Same for several story arcs. Funny cuz I DO get the achievement for conquering all England and finishing the story. Pfff.... so many issues. Seriously thinking: " Ok, I finished the main story, I know what the game is about, but all too much of a fuss. Lets play something else".
A pity because I also believe the game looks very good and made very nice improvements over Origins / Odessy (mysteries are great).

@naturalhero Had the same problem and managed to fix it. I luckily had a game saved recently so I could restart the quest. This is what I did: you talk to the cat to start the quest. The girl appears, but you do NOT talk to her. Instead you go inmedeately after the cat, "talk" to it again and the cat jumps in your arms. Now the convo with the girl starts as should be and the cat joins your crew.

@franks360 Very annoying, so I save my game every time right after I pick up an opal. Problem solved you think. No! Opal is in a restricted area where saves are not possible. Have to fight my way out and.... a miracle game freeze! (another really annoying mishap of this game) Only way out is to close and reopen the game. Result: stuck with another opal icon on my map. Please fix this.

@drapo56 Same here. Sat through the entire session and nothing. I clearly got the message that rewards would be credited.
