I got disconnected from a rank game twice!!!!!!!! After I get disconnected it would get stuck in a blank blue background in game screen with the round count at the top. It would get stuck in there. I restarted my game and the game did not connect to Ubisoft. It will only connect after I restart the game again. Which obviously takes time as no matter how fast my internet (900mb) and quick my pc is your game still loads very slow. After I loaded the game I got a 2 hour ban because of something I don't even have anything to do with. I lost MMR points which is very frustrating. I just hope one day you will fix your servers or if it was a DDoS attack I hope you have ways to protect players. Also make your game load faster!!!!! It's so disgustingly slow. How can Valorant and CS:GO do it and you can't.

It takes forever, their server connections are horrendous and rubbish. I think rubbish is a compliment compared to how bad these servers are.
