Really bad Screen Tearing on my new Xbox Series S

can someone tell me whether it is my console or the game? I haven't had the console for a week and I already had the problem when it was released on my old Xbox One S until it was fixed, does anyone else have the same problem?

@mskills what is with the older consoles? There is the same problem and Ubisoft is
nothing gonna do about it, its really a shame first and last ultimate edition!

All in all, the game looks like should have been finished at the last minute without any real love compared to Odyssey, which Graphically looks 2 classes better on an Xbox One S.
Makes me really sad hope that patches are still being worked on.

Do you also have problems with the auto save function on Xbox One S or on other consoles?
Sometimes it doesn‘t seem to save for hours, then the „save symbol“ loads for minutes at the bottom right, wich doesn‘t disappear anymore & when i want to save manually the game hangs up and just sets me back like 3-4 hours.
never had so much problems in a Assassins Creed game as in this one. Its such a shame and frustrating, this was my first and last ultimate edition.
