Extremely low Nvidia Performance
I am getting extremely low fps with a 2080ti paired with a Ryzen 7 3700x.
At 1440p High settings I am getting between 37 and 41fps with the benchmark tool and on 1080p low I get between 1080p 47 and 55fps.
All with massive spikes.
I have tried:
Upgrading to windows 20H2 which I know can help with DX12
Reinstalling the game
Reinstalling drivers
Clean install of drivers
Reinstalling Windows
Closing Game mode
Turn on performance modes in Nvidia Control Panel
Turn on max performance in power settings
Turn off Control Flow Guard
Disabled full-screen optimisations
Running as an admin
OC my GPU a little to see if that makes a difference and it did not
Other games are running fine and I have also run a benchmark which says my hardware is running fine -
Terrible performance in valhalla with 8700k and RTX 2080

I think this is indicative of a wider issue.
I have a 2080ti paired with a Ryzen 7 3700x. If there is a solution I have tried it.
I have tried:
Upgrading to windows 20H2 which I know can help with DX12
Reinstalling the game
Reinstalling drivers
Clean install of drivers
Reinstalling Windows
Closing Game mode
Turn on performance modes in Nvidia Control Panel
Turn on max performance in power settings
Turn off Control Flow Guard which sorted DX12 issues with Control
Disabled full-screen optimisations
Running as an admin
OC my GPU a little to see if that makes a difference and it did not -
performance issue - 40fps on 2060Super at the lowest quality
@ubi-swaggins I'm in the same boat. Getting around the same fps with a 2080tiand a Ryzen 7 3700x so it's not just case of the drivers
