Same cant keep him on the boat no matter how many times i reassing him back to it.
@ebonzone Well to be honest while i loved Odyssey the gear there and particalrly its lvling up was a bit to much for a singleplayer game(it felt like a grinder MMO in that regard), but that doesnt change the fact that Valhalla is the complete oposite where instead of to much we got almost no gear variance and lack of rewards for boses, bigger sidequests etc... So while i do rly like the lvling up aspect of Valhalla and its gear system without lvls there is just almost no gear to speak off, even at this early point theres like 1/3 of all possibile sets in game come from Helix shop(and yeah sure i know theyll add a ton more inthere, thats rly not the way to go cuz majority of gear should never be from cashshop unless you are playing FTP MMO).
I am pretty sure with all the planed seasons/DLCs etc we will get more variety but in the end i have a felling that cashop gear will represent well over 50% of all possibile gear variety inagme and thats just wrong for singleplayer full priced game.
@badhabit11b In most cases quest bugs even when fixed wont change your already started buged questline you wud need to reload a save from before starting the quest or at least some time earlier in the questline for such a fix to apply. I am not saying its always like that but a lot more often than not thats how it works.
So i wud suggest you try and load an earlier save and replay that mission and see if it works now.
@wineward64 Yeah fishing with rope sucks big time so whenever you can avoid it, just use arrows or if water is shallow spear(that one works wonders as long as the water is shallow enough to stand in it)
@badhabit11b Than unfortunatly they didnt fix and i noticed some other people mentioning this bug as well so it semms quet a few people are stuck on that point.
@animuslover Well to be completly honest open world games always end up eather emptish in many parts of the map(like for example Witcher 3 where a lot of the world had nothing worth mentioning) or filled with grindy/repetable things that bring minimal gains(games like Bethesdas Elders Scrolls series or Fallout games) and Valhalla fits somewhere in betwen those two, and i do agree Valhalla lacks abit in rewards section compared to lets say Odyssey(for example they rly cud include like more unique sets/weapons tied to varius activities you do all over the world like for example, legendary animals, roman relics, treasure hoards, fishing and hunting tasks from your village etc...) So yeah thats kinda an inherent problem of open world games in general but yeah some hide it much better than others:)
While i do in general like Valhalla and some of its changes from Odyssey like no gear lvls and powerlvl instead of actual lvls i do also find its variety of gear to be very limited and lots of side activities like the ones i mentioned before should give better rewards than they do atm. As it is now there is what 14 sets in game if i am not mistaken(4 of which are from shop), and while i am sure there will be plenty more shop based ones as well as additional ones added via dlc/free content updates i do fear at this rate game will have more cashshop gear than ingame gear and i find that very sad for a full priced AAA single player title which is something that in my opinion should never be allowed to happen cuz this is not some ftp MMO whose only revenue comes from cash shop.
Yeah this one is pretty anoying looks bad as well, they should just make weapons keep their size from the back, spear included(it wud just be a shorter spear than which isnt a big deal)
@vanraposu Yeah +1 from me as well makes 0 sence to not be able to reread em.
Same issue worked fine yesterday today it doesnt start.
@venrissfo but the NPCs have always respawned so thats not rly new and there was no reason to put that in patchnotes cuz if the change is supposed to be that NPCs respawn than there is no change at all cuz they respawned already before anyway.
Semms to be fixed though without changing anything game is runing again normaly.

@kormac67 Well they are supposed to add a lot more raid based content and other stuff in the planed updates as well as a lot of new gear presumably so there is def potential for NG+ there but yeah i agree they should also add lvl scaling option eather as a toggle in settings or as new difficulty settings. Transmog wud be a nice option as well ofcourse.
@rgx Well mate to each their own i doubt anyone wud mind if they add another very easy mode and lets say another super hard mode cuz ive seen few threads already saying combat is to easy. I personaly certanly wudnt mind it, same as in any game combat does take some getting used to, but in the end it comes down to stamina managment and responding correctly to visual cues of the enemies attacks(and yes certain attacks are non blockable/parriable so those you need to dodge), for me personaly playing on max difficulty felt okish until i started to overlvl enemies by certain amount so i wud very much like to see an option in setting for enemy scaling and some improvemnts to enemy ai.
Also just a suggestion try some other weapons you might find some of them much better suited for your playstyle than others, but as i said i def support the idea of them adding more difficulties and doing some tweaking with ai and hopefully also add enemy scaling option.

The Lunden traped man mystery i had some issiues with it as well, first the guy wasnt event there, he eventualy showed up after i finished the Lunden story arc, however now the jars have respawned and as you noticed pullables are on top of them so what i did and it worked was carry out the ones that werent stuck under pullables and simply break the ones stuck below em with arrows,
Same cant keep him on the boat no matter how many times i reassing him back to it.
@alpmartins2017 I had to reload earlier save to get it all back, did dailies to see if it will dissapear again but it didnt so far, made a new save and tried loading it and for now things are still there, big question is for how long though:)
Same issiue played normal earlier today but now my helix creds are gone, my carolinian set is gone, i have 50 opals instead of 300 something i had earlier today. I reloaded cloud save from earlier today and everything was back now lets see for how long.
