10 days since the original post was made, there still appears to be a major glitch in this Quest line. I was fighting the warriors invading the mechanism and trying to stay inside the area when the entire game froze up mid battle. Had to restart the Xbox console and then load a much earlier save to get out of the Asgard quest. Hopefully this bug will be fixed soon otherwise progress through the Asgard quests appears to be blocked.

Looks like it was fixed in the 1.04 patch. At least when I waited a few days or so and then reached Level 130 and then went back in I was able to kill all the enemies (staying inside the barrier), the fight ended and I was able to speak to the Builder and that ended the quest.

Same issue on Xbox One. Reda's tent is setup but he just keeps telling stories and has no Interact or Shop option. Only a few contracts have popped up in other locations so far, and they seem to be complete-able. Getting tired of listening to his stories.
