The payment will be transferred back to my account from my bank and I've re-purchased the game. If for any reason I won't get back the first payment I will be here

Hi ! I have pre-ordered the game on 06.11. I have not recieved it yet.. Payment has been done without any issue.
I have tried to get support from you on Twitter and on Facebook as well but nothing has proceeded yet...

@ubi-baron Thank you ! Unfortunately I still do not recieved the game. I have tried to contact Support team on twitter but no answer yet. Do you need any proof from my side ? I need a refund or something from Ubisoft side since I have pre-ordered the game to be able to play it immediately when it is available but I do not have anything.

I have tried to contact ubisupport and ubisoft on facebook. Ubisupport is not working due to covid, and on Facebook i got no answer.
It is the 10th of November and the game is still missing from my library...
Please do something.

I have pre-ordered the game to PC on 06.11.2020 but it is not available on my library.
Payment went trough without any issues and I can only see the game in my order history.
