While it is impossible for me to submit my case in support section, I had to post here to raise the issue.

I recently got a Ps5 and transferred all save files from Ps4 to Ps5. Unfortunately, despite of linking my ps account from day-one, my save game files were missing cloud icon from the beginning. I am really disappointed to see that many people are facing the issue but there is no response from your team on this issue whatsoever. It is sad to see that after 145hrs of gameplay, the game only gives me an option to start over.

I would really appreciate to get your response on this issue.

Facing the same issue and tried every possible solution. My save files are missing cloud icon and also played the ps4 version for an hour or so. Please at least let us know if the issue can be resolved or are we stuck with the Ps4 version with false advertisement?

@patrickflynn98 I am having the same issue and apparently there is no fix to this.
Did you manage to get it fixed?
