Hi Please help.

Spent about $50 accidentally (25x2) when first payment apparently didn't go through, but actually did. So had a bunch of credits and used them on map pack, weapons, gear and boost. Nothing showed up in the game. Even tried a new game (went through that long unskippable young eivor intro) and still doesn't show up.

• Can someone please help? I wanted to get through this game during Christmas, now I can't even stand playing it knowing how much money went into it because of silly buggy glitches. My ticket ref is 13687017

Can I also check with everyone here - was this ever actually resolved??

Hi I'm facing the same issue. Spent about 50 hicks on the map,boosts,a gear set and a couple of weapons.

Only reason I bought this much was because of another payment error in first place where they doubled my purchase.. Now I can't even have the stuff I bought in error redeemed..

Can someone please just help? I bought these to get through the game over the Christmas break and now I doubt anyone's actually at the help centre helping during this time. This is all completely balls up on how this game was released
