Bought items using Helix Credits. Never got them!
Bought large pack of Helix Credit for 50 bucks, then purchased materials bundle and maps with most of the H credits I had bought. The credits vanished but none of them items appeared! Have written to customer support but seriously annoyed - they take your money quick enough and then fail to deliver the goods!
