Progress Halting Bug in Plucking the Quill
I am unable to move the shelf in the sewer in any direction, and therefore cannot proceed. I've tried reloading autosaves, closing and reopening the game, and fast traveling away and back. Playing on Stadia. Please patch this broken game.
