@ubiwan Why do a lot of the messages from Ubi in this thread read like you are implying this is on the players and it is on us to figure out how to make your broken game work.

The question about whether he was raiding or not at the time of the bug is completely ridiculous as you CANNOT raid this town, blowing your horn does nothing. Don't try to help us trouble shoot if you know nothing about this quest or the game in general. It make you look bad and waste our time.

So this issue has been around for almost a week. Still is not on the known issues page and for days no response at all from ubisoft. The only response now is that they can't reproduce it, so they just basically said we are bad at our jobs. People already sent in their saved game files to support I did four days ago. I normally do not complain about bugs, sure they happen in all games, but at least we want decent feed back from the community managers and from the devs trying to fix their broken game. Doesn't ubisoft offer refunds on digital products for two weeks? I think I might refund and just come back when it works and is on sale.

As I was playing a little bit last night I came to the conclusion that those of us that have no save to go back to are probably going to have to start new, Could be wrong but before you dump any more time you might want to consider that. I will probably just come back after I am done with 2077 as it probably be another month before they can recreate this and another till they fix it if they even can. CDPR got a lot of flack for their delays but at least they probably will not release a broken game.

That will happen when? Bought a full priced AAA game and we are now almost two months later and I can still not play it and can't get a refund, not only can't get one but was rudely told I would never get one. I will only ever pirate your games from now on though I had been buying them for decades. Obviously I won't make a difference in their business practices they obviously do not care about their customers and just expect brand loyalty to win out. Time for these fools to lose their jobs.

No we can't refund the game, I was told very rudely by ubi. The bard does not work for some people and who cares if it does the quest is still broken. All of your points are invalid. The quest is broken across ALL platforms if they can't recreate it then they are bad at their jobs. I just do not understand why they can't just let us reset the quest. At this point I just do not care, uninstalled and probably never come back to it or any ubi game.

I came back hoping this patch would have fixed this. In the patch note they fix part of the quest but not this part? They also fixed an entirely differnt quest were your allies would not help you open the door. So seriously [censored]? No updates on this. It has been a month and a half since this was known, a month and a half since my AAA full priced pos game was broken. I want my money back. Probably will never spend another penny on ubisofts games, though I have been playing there games for 25 years. Will probably just pirate everything from now on since they do not care about me why would I support them.

They can't even recreate it. They are idiots. Not sure with their tools they can't recreate it or why we have not gotten a single update on this beside idiots that are not actually trying.

@ubi-woofer Just go away. You provide no useful information just lecturing people on forum rules, asking for us to help your incompetent developers, and to let us know you are bad at your job. Come back when you have something to tell us not just to let us know you have nothing to tell us.

Looking forward to 2077 and hopefully CDPR lives up to their reputation and releases a polished game, I have no doubts.

Six days since a ubi response. Eleven days since ubi updated known issues. This is not a known issue.
