Cannot interact with halewyn the Druid as well as cannot fast travel it says unavailable I am very far 60 hours with legendary animals and last save is at 30 hrs I cannot risk it it’s not interacting atall is it a bug or what it’s not giving me an option to interact help needed

what I did reloaded 30 hrs lost 30 hrs and did everything again and it worked but 30 hrs more was done again

Yes if I leave the area I can interact with other but I just cannot interact in this as well as fast travel is unavailable
