I am just a lone wolf agent looking for a clan. I want the benefits, but dont want any social interaction.

Expertise System destroying the game
The system is unnecessary complicated. Why not remove the "Expertise Level"(Agent), "Item Grade", and leave only "Proficiency Rank"? And each "Proficiency Rank" makes the item more powerful.

Intimidate nerf is unnecessary
To be honest, i am not playing the PTS. But, I think a raise in the max number of stacks from 7/8 to 9/10 would be fair.
