Has anyone else got this far and experienced this bug? I keep going back to the location now and then but I can't activate it.

@relatedmage4168 I got my xbox copy as a physical disc so that's what I've been playing. I mean I have to wait for uplay to unlock on pc to test and see if pc saves sync to xbox.

My Xbox game carried over to PC. I'll have to wait until it unlocks in our region to test it vice versa.

Because you're playing with a VPN in a different region other than you used to pre-load the game.

It's because you're using a VPN. Watchdogs was the same way.

If you're not playing from the same region you preloaded from, it closes when Uplay runs a sync check. No way around it that I know of.

I got the physical ultimate edition for xbox and I'm using the Uplay + version on PC

I logged in briefly to check and the pc version picked up right where I left off on Xbox.

I was pretty happy with 40 hours of playtime.
