Correction, all the characters of Falling Stars are not showing up

Two mysteries bugged!!!
I currently have two mysteries which are bugged, one is the cow from Valhalla, the rock is stuck and I cant move it, the second one is from Lunden "Falling Stars" the woman playing the lyre it's just gone, I was searching for 30 min, went to YouTube just to noticed that she isnt where she should be.
I want to platinum this game, but apparently ubisoft dont like that.
