Ubisoft challenges

It's a weapon you get when you finish all of the fishing deliveries. I haven't unlocked it yet because it's seems to be a problem for all of people that big flatfish and big mackerel aren't spawning. Someone modded their inventory and finished the challenge. There's another challenge about avenging players that I have no idea how to finish. Maybe Ubisoft didn't implement this mechanic but forget to remove the challenge? -
